How do you win the business at a major big-box retailer? You show them what they’re missing. I spearheaded the creative strategy for our 2026 retail expansion, owning everything from packaging UX to the merchandising bay concept. By aligning my art direction with deep-dive demographic studies, I turned a standard pitch into a must-have retail experience. The reaction from the Walmart team translated into a 3,500-store nationwide win, proving that modern design and strategic execution are a lethal combo.
